I earned a Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from California Baptist University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, providing therapy services in English and Spanish. As a bilingual Latina, I can also provide culturally sensitive services.

As a LCSW, I had the pleasure of serving in various settings. These include medical settings serving clients with and without chronic illnesses, in the non-profit sector serving as a mental health clinical for a federally qualified health center, and in child welfare as a foster care social worker. These experiences have supported my desire to continue providing direct care to individuals struggling with mental health disorders and symptoms. 

Professionally and personally, I consider myself a lifelong learner. Whether through peer-reviewed literature, books, feedback, or self-reflection, I am always looking for ways to continue learning and growing as an individual.
