COURT APPEARANCE

Court Appearance: Breaking Cycles Counseling discourages having therapist(s) subpoenaed. The therapist will only testify their professional opinion and the facts of the case; therefore, it does not mean that the therapist's testimony will be solely in the client's favor.

The following fees apply for court appearances:

• $1700 - The minimum charge for court appearance

• $300 per hour for preparation time, phone calls, depositions, emails, or written letters/ time required for giving testimony, and time away from the office due to tasks related to a court case.
